What services do you offer?

I offer personal consultancy, integrative counselling, psychotherapy and executive coaching. I also offer bespoke coaching packages and personal consultancy to corporations.

What happens if I contact you?

We can arrange a free telephone consultation or face to face meeting to discuss your needs in a confidential manner,  after which we can both agree whether we think the service I offer will be beneficial to you. I may also be able to refer you to another, more suitable therapist should we both feel that is required.

What happens in session

We work on your issues and goals in a safe, confidential environment. We work collaboratively to ensure you get the results you want. The first session will involve contracting and discussing the reasons for coming and the goals you want to reach - these may be simple things like feeling calmer, more fulfilled or they could be big life changes. Whatever it is, the goal is decided by you.

The contract will include, but not be limited to such things as confidentiality, costs, cancellations and timings of sessions. We will discuss how the sessions will work and any changes to this will be discussed with you as required.

Although this is a collaborative process, the sessions are led by you and what you want to discuss in session. I want you to feel at all times in charge of your own process.

Cancellations and Fees

Fees are payable by cash, cheque and bank transfer at the session.

48 hours notice needs to be given to cancel a session to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. I operate differently to a lot of therapists who usually request full fee if a session is cancelled without 48 hours notice. I believe this more moderate rule is a fair way to operate as  I am aware that last minute changes to our schedules are unavoidable in these busy times.

I also offer a sliding fee scale as I recognise that we are not all in a positions to commit momentarily to high fees and I believe everyone should be able to seek expert help within their budget.

What happens if I decide I no longer want to continue

My clients are well informed about their commitment  to the process. If you feel that the service is no longer helpful or have reached a point where you are happy to leave it, that is entirely your decision as the whole process is driven by you.
